  • Delivery policy — Coaching calls are held online on Zoom. The timing of these calls will be scheduled based on mutual availability.

  • Cancellation policy — Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge for the full session and/or forfeiture of the session from your package.
