I know first hand how playing small served an unconscious need to feel safe and blend in. I thought that by not speaking up or hanging on the side lines, no one would notice me. I never quite believed in myself. “I’m not smart enough, funny enough, educated enough, who am I to be...”

Through understanding the blocks and resistance you take on during childhood, you can uncover your confidence, aliveness and all the safety you need to play BIG.

We ALL have a genius within. It sounds an awful lot like your dreams and desires. The little whispers that say, “do this, do that”, and we push them away because it sounds silly, our family won’t approve or it’s just too big.

The world needs you to share your voice and follow your truth.

You never know who you may inspire to speak up and play BIG.

Desires

When you close your eyes and listen to your inner wisdom, what do you desire?

No, I don’t mean addiction, impulse or compulsion.

I mean the call that’s been knocking on your insides for far too long but you push it away because it doesn’t make sense or it’s too far off.

Those calls are your future. Your destiny.

Are you going to continue to push them down, run the other direction and numb out OR are you ready...ready to answer the call?

I’ve had a gnawing on my insides that I’ve pushed down BUT I’m finally ready to follow the call.
