I believe the body tells the truth. How you show up in your relationships - the way you love, react, close, open, freeze, over-give, or collapse - always traces back to what’s happening inside your nervous system. This is why I blend embodiment, nervous system healing, masculine/feminine teachings, sacred intimacy practices, and deep relational knowledge to help you unlock the version of yourself you’ve been protecting, hiding, or waiting to become.
