Immersion Breakdown

First Initiation: Soften the Armor
Return to your body and soften the armor of constant holding. The lover begins in your body.

Second Initiation: Pleasure Threshold
Expand into more joy, pleasure, and goodness, and gently allow your nervous system to hold MORE of it.

Third Initiation: Art of Receiving
Practice receiving attention, desire, help, and love without immediately managing or giving back.

Fourth Initiation: Living as The Lover
Live as The Lover. Move slower, be deeply connected, and live sensually. Notice beauty everywhere. In nature, animals, your partner, the woman in front of your and allow this to move you. Pleasure is medicine and fuel.
